Registered Manager required for a large 75 bed care home based in Wolverhampton with a leading care provider of adult's residential homes.

I am looking to speak to all Registered Managers who have managed larger homes (60+ beds) based in the West Midlands area who would like to work with one of the best care providers and employers in the UK.

What will be your responsibilities?

  • Manage the day to day running of the home in compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Ensure all residents received personalized and person centred care using specific care plans
  • Manage the homes profit and loss and financial stability in line with allocated budgets
  • Create a safe, stimulating and homely environment for all residents
  • Undertake the new referral process and all required assessments
  • Effectively recruit and retain staff
  • Always promote company ethos and best practice

Are you suitable for this job?

  • Relevant management qualification (QCF Level 5, NVQ Level 4, Registered Managers Award)
  • Prior experience managing a residential care home for dementia
  • Experience managing a large care home (60+ beds) - if not managed this size home, unfortunately you won't be considered
  • Strong track record as Registered Manager via CQC reports (must provide)
