Registered Manager required for a medium sized care home for adults with autism and learning disabilities which requires overhaul and turnaround management.

Highly exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager with experience in learning disabilities to join a residential home based in Wiltshire with a highly regarded care provider.

The Registered Manager will be tasked with improving the last CQC rating and achieving minimum 'Good', updating and improving policies, procedures and care standards in the home. You will need to be compliance focused, organised, enthusiastic and ready for a challenge!

The successful candidate for the Registered Manager role will have

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/NVQ Level 4/Registered Manager's Award
  • Managerial experience in learning disabilities, autism or mental health CQC regulated services
  • Strong CQC, safeguarding and compliance knowledge
  • Driving License and Vehicle
