I am recruiting for a Registered Manager to support and manage an Ofsted rated 'Good' 4 bedded residential home for children and young people who display Emotional Behavioural Difficulties in Surrey.

This is an opportunity to work with a leading provider of specialist care and education in one of their homes which offers 52 week accommodation.

They pride themselves on providing a very high level of care so naturally are looking for someone who has experience working in or managing an Ofsted 'Good' or 'Outstanding' children's home.

On offer is a full time, permanent position, offering a salary up to £40,000 plus a clear development path into Senior Management and an additional benefits package which includes, generous annual leave entitlement, pension contribution and much more.


Requirements of the Registered Manager:

  • Strong experience working as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting
  • Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards
  • Effectively lead a team of staff to enable the highest quality of care
  • Strong staff supervision, managerial and communicational skills
  • Excellent Ofsted knowledge

Location: Surrey
