Children's Services Care Provider who offer Residential care in Bedfordshire are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee their brand new home. Offering a salary up to £45,000 + Bonus

The provider who offers care to vulnerable children and young people with Emotional Behavioural Difficulties are going through an exciting growth period. Due to the success of their other homes in the UK they are excited to announce they are due to open a brand new 5 bedded residential service.

The Registered Manager will have full autonomy to put your own stamp on a brand new home. You will naturally recruit and retain a brand new staff team whilst working to establish the new residential home in the area.

Requirements of the Children's Services Manager:

  • Strong experience working as a Registered Manager in a similar setting
  • Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards
  • Effectively lead a team of staff to enable the highest quality of care
  • Strong staff supervision, managerial and communicational skills
  • Excellent Ofsted knowledge
