An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a brand new Children's home operating at the forefront of their market for an organisation that have built a powerful reputation in offering the highest quality services for children with Learning Disabilities and Autism based in Birmingham. They are looking for a highly motivated individual seeking a challenge to help set up their new home and maintain Ofsted standards across the board. Salary up to £45k.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:

  • Day to Day running and operation of the service
  • Conduct regular performance reviews
  • Responsible for Recruitment
  • Ensuring full compliance of regulatory and statutory requirements is adhered to
  • Be responsible for budgets
  • Be a point of contact and develop and maintain effective partnerships across the board

As a Registered Manager, you must have:

Previous Experience in managing a Children's Residential Service

  • Level 5 Diploma for Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services
  • Meet Ofsted Fitness Requirements
  • Have a proven track record with Ofsted
