Registered Manager- Birmingham

An established provider of a home for vulnerable young people is looking for a Registered Manager to join the organization and be responsible for helping to create a new service and achieve the highest standards of care.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:

  • Day to day management of the provision
  • Lead the service through all Ofsted and achieve minimum 'Good' in all inspections
  • Conduct regular performance reviews
  • Responsible for Recruitment
  • Ensuring full compliance of regulatory and statutory requirements is adhered to
  • Be responsible for budgets
  • Be a point of contact and develop and maintain effective partnerships across the board

As a Registered Manager, you must have:

  • Previous Experience in managing a Children's Residential Service
  • Level 5 Diploma for Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children and Young Peoples Services
  • Have a proven track record with CQC
