We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join a reputable care provider in their children's residential home based in Yorkshire. Offering a salary up to £40,000

The care provider are now looking to appoint a Registered Manager to oversee their home. Due to the strong and stable staff team currently in place they will also consider strong Deputy Manager's with relevant experience in Children's Residential Settings.

This role is full time at 40 hours, Monday to Friday offering an extensive employee benefits package and a competitive salary up to £40,000 dependant on experience.

Requirements of the Registered Manager:

  • Strong experience working as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting
  • Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards
  • Effectively lead a team of staff to enable the highest quality of care
  • Strong staff supervision, managerial and communicational skills
  • Excellent Ofsted knowledge
