Exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager or Deputy Manager to join an Ofsted rated 'Good' 3 bed children's care home based in Nottingham as a Registered Manager.

This role is full time at 40 hours, Monday to Friday offering an extensive employee benefits package and a competitive salary of £35,000.

As the Registered Manager, your primary role is to maintain the smooth running of the home by acting as role model for the staff team and children and young people as well as promoting a safe and supportive environment at all times

Requirements of the Registered Manager:

  • Strong experience working as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting
  • Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards
  • Effectively lead a team of staff to enable the highest quality of care
  • Strong staff supervision, managerial and communicational skills
  • Excellent Ofsted knowledge
