We have an opportunity available for a Registered Manager to join one of the UK's leading providers of Children's Services in one of their residential homes. Great salary and benefits on offer.

This role is full time at 40 hours, Monday to Friday offering an extensive employee benefits package and a competitive salary up to £42,000 dependant on experience.

As the Registered Manager, your primary role is to maintain the smooth running of the home by acting as role model for the staff team and children and young people as well as promoting a safe and supportive environment at all times

Requirements of the Registered Manager:

  • Strong experience working as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar setting
  • Diploma Level 5 Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care or willing to work towards
  • Effectively lead a team of staff to enable the highest quality of care
  • Strong staff supervision, managerial and communicational skills
  • Excellent Ofsted knowledge
