A new position has become available for a Registered Manager to join luxury, retirement properties as the Registered Estate Manager based in Henley-on-Thames.

As Registered Manager, you'll be joining a 5-star retirement development, based in Henley-on-Thames, which delivers effective 24-hour assisted living support, to ensure the residents can maintain an independent lifestyle.

You, as Registered Estate Manager will oversee the delivery of the small care packages offered, ensure the community estate is correctly maintained and staffed, promote and market your retirement estate and build fantastic and long lasting relationships with residents, their families and prospective residents.

Requirements of you as the Registered Estate Manager:

  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience working in a Social Care Management setting
  • Strong CQC knowledge

Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire

Salary: up to £32,500

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday
