Fantastic opportunity for a Registered Home Manager for a highly regarded local provider of care and education for young people based in Wolverhampton. Salary, bonus and progression opportunities available.

My client currently run a small portfolio of residential children's homes across Birmingham and the West Midlands. They are looking for a new Registered Home Manager to manage a 4 bed home for young people with EBD and challenging behaviour.

My client are offering the Registered Home Manager:

  • Salary of £34,000
  • Opportunity to increase salary post probation
  • Occupancy based yearly annual bonus
  • Autonomy to manage the home your way
  • Consistently rated 'Good' Ofsted provider

The Registered Manager must have:

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management (or be willing to work towards)
  • Prior experience managing within an Ofsted registered children's home
  • Knowledge of Ofsted, children's home regulations and safeguarding
  • Strong leadership and staff management experience
