Award winning not for profit care provider looking to appoint an experienced and influential Registered Home Manager for a 60 plus bedded care home paying approx. £50,000 plus benefits.

My client, who are offering a fantastic package of £50,000 salary plus employee benefits, are seeking an experienced and high calibre Registered Home Manager to take over their large residential home based in Buckinghamshire.

The home requires a manager with a proven CQC track record with turnaround management experience desirable. We are looking for someone with excellent staff management skills, thorough understanding of CQC and regulatory compliance as well as a business acumen to exceed financial targets set by the senior management.

The Registered Home Manager must have

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
  • Previous CQC Registered Management experience with homes 40 plus beds
  • Provable positive CQC track record (via recent inspection reports)
  • Motivational and influential management skills
  • Financial and business acumen and track record
