We have an exceptional opportunity for a Registered Manager/ Home Manager to oversee luxury, privately-owned, retirement apartments as the Registered Estate Manager.

This 5-star retirement development delivers effective 24-hour assisted living support, to ensure the residents can maintain an independent lifestyle.

As Registered Estate Manager, you'll lead and develop your care team and ensure they deliver exceptional care to the residents in their own homes, within the retirement village.

Requirements of you as the Registered Estate Manager:

  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience working in a Social Care Management setting
  • Strong CQC knowledge

Salary: up to £30,500
