We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Manager to join a luxury, privately-owned retirement development as the Registered Estate Manager based in Walton on Thames.

This 5-star retirement development delivers effective 24-hour assisted living support, to ensure the residents can maintain an independent lifestyle.

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday (alternate weekends) with a generous salary of up to £30,500 per annum.

As Registered Estate Manager, you'll lead and develop your care team and ensure they deliver exceptional care to the homeowners in their own homes, within the retirement village.

Requirements of you as the Registered Estate Manager:

  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent qualification
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience working in a Social Care Management setting
  • Strong CQC knowledge
