A CQC rated 'Good' domiciliary branch based in Hertfordshire are looking for a new Registered Care Manager to join their ambitious Director's in developing their business.

With a branch running at 2000 a month, my client has built a positive reputation as an excellent non-franchised domiciliary provider. Their client base consists of all private referrals and there are exciting plans to add further care packages and a live-in care service in the future. The Registered Care Manager would be influential in enhancing the reputation even further.

On offer as the Registered Care Manager is

  • Salary of £30,000 - £35,000
  • Monday to Friday working hours with on call duties expected

  • Established and efficient office team to assist you

The successful Care Manager must have

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
  • Experience working within a domiciliary branch (older people or complex needs)
  • Creativity and innovation in expanding a care portfolio
  • Understanding of the day to day running of a domiciliary branch
  • Positive attitude and motivated personality
