We have a fantastic opportunity available for an experienced Domiciliary Care Manager to join a reputable home care provider based in Surrey.

One of the UK's leading home care providers is looking for a Registered Manager to join a newly established branch, who has the skills and ambition to lead the service to its full potential. You will need a proven track record within domiciliary care at management level, preferably experience in starting your own service. Your role will be to assist the efficient and smooth running of the care service and operations, alongside leading the team and growing the branch.

This is a domiciliary service, supporting elderly people within their own home. As Registered Manager some of your duties may include:

  • Effectively lead a team of staff to enable the highest quality of care
  • Monitoring performances within each team
  • Overseeing quality assurance
  • Managing the day to day running of the business
  • Monitoring performances within each team
  • Responsible for the safe delivery of care in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures
  • Effectively recruit and retain staff
  • Lead the services through all CQC inspections


  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Experience in Budget Management
  • Experience and Understanding of relevant governing bodies
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Experience working within a domiciliary setting for a minimum of 3 years
  • Strong CQC knowledge
