A privately-owned domiciliary agency requires an experienced Registered Manager to join their team based in Surrey.

My client is looking for a Turnaround Registered Manager who has an outstanding knowledge of CQC and has a passion for providing exceptional quality care.

Within this position you will have an extremely supportive Senior Management team, who will provide you with all the tools required to ensure you, your team and the service thrive.

This position is Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm working hours, along with their competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum plus a performance related bonus.

You will be an experienced Registered Care Manager looking for your next challenge, who has the skillset and knowledge to make services compliant with CQC and grow the hours of care.

As Registered Care Manager your role will be to assist the efficient and smooth running of the care service and operations, alongside leading the team and growing the branch.

The Registered Care Manager must have

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management (or equivalent)
  • Prior management experience with a domiciliary setting
  • Turnaround experience
  • Strong knowledge of CQC
  • Commercial awareness

Location: Thames Ditton

Salary: up to £40,000
