Highly exciting opportunity to join a leading provider of care to adults with disabilities as their new Regional Manager covering services in Twickenham, Surbiton, Mitcham, Streatham and Tooting.

My client has supported living and residential services based across London and provide high quality, person centred care for adults with learning disabilities, mental health and autism diagnosis.

The Regional Manager will receive salary of £40,000 plus company car, bonus scheme and full benefits.

You, as the Regional Manager will be responsible for

  • The line management of 10-12 supported living/residential services and managers
  • Financial and budgetary performance
  • Staffing and retention
  • Being the ambassador for the organisation in your area
  • Strategic and operational management of your region

The Regional Manager will be offered a salary of £40,000 on a full time permanent contract.

To be considered as the Regional Manager, you must have

  • Extensive experience working with vulnerable adults including Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health conditions and Challenging Behaviour
  • Supervisory or management experience overseeing Registered and Service Manager's
  • High level of knowledge around CQC, care quality standards, safeguarding and service management
  • Ability to liaise with key stakeholders in the charity and external agencies
  • Business and financial acumen to oversee action and development plans, financial budgets and accounts

Salary: £40,000
