An Independent Fostering Agency is looking for a Regional Manager to provide high-quality family placement service to child and young people within the Northamptonshire region. You will be supporting the north region ensuring that the day-to-day operations covering the Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Warwickshire, Leicestershire, and Lincolnshire areas are met.
This is a full-time, Homebased, permanent position. The ideal Regional Manager will have Fostering and Family Placement experience. You will need to be committed and have the drive to match this Independent Fostering Agencies ambitions.

Your responsibilities as the Regional Manager:
- Recruit, Control and Monitor Staff
- Plan, Control and Coordinate the Operational Activates
- Monitor the recruitment and Approval of Foster Carers
- Ensure that people have the necessary information and resources
Requirements of you as the Regional Manager:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- A valid registration with Social Work England
- Significant experience of working within Family Placements
- Experience of working within Fostering
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: Northamptonshire - Homebased
Salary: up to £50,000
