Referral and Placement Manager to join a leading social care provider!

My client is looking to recruit for a Referral and Placement Manager to their development team, working alongside the Business Development Manager.

Your role will be to manage the referral, assessment and new placement process for the organisation.

On offer is a fantastic salary of £38,000 with a Monday to Friday working pattern. You will be based in head office in Buckinghamshire but will require travel to sites when needed.

My client is a leading provider of person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions in supported living services.

The Referral and Placement Manager will be responsible for

  • Supporting the Business Development Manager
  • Writing and winning tenders on existing frameworks
  • Costings and budgeting for new referrals
  • Monitoring the placement portals for new referrals
  • Undertaking referral and assessments of new service users
  • Managing the whole referral and placement lifecycle
  • Work with the operations team to complete moving in plans within the agreed deadlines
  • Maximising opportunities within all the available frame works
  • Website and public engagement via website upkeep

The Referral and Placement Manager must have experience in the following

  • Operational and Service Delivery experience within adult social care
  • Writing successful tender bids
  • Completing new referral assessments
  • Writing person centred care plans based off successful assessments
  • Service user matching
  • Proven experience in organising and managing projects within budget and on agreed deadlines
