Quality Assurance Partner required for a fantastic charity who support adults with learning disabilities, mental health and autism based in West Midlands.

This role is a full time post paying £32,000 and will be covering Birmingham, Coventry and potential travel to South services including Oxford and London.

The Quality Assurance Partner is an integral part of the organisation by undertaking audits of the services and working with Service Manager's to put in place and monitor relevant quality improvement protocols.

You will advise and implement new quality improvement measures and work with the senior management team to design and implement effective quality assurance, health and safety and auditing processes to ensure all residential and supported living services are compliant with CQC, relevant social care legislation and health and safety protocols

With services in London, Oxfordshire, Warwickshire and West Midlands, the Quality Assurance Partner role will require travelling between sites.

The Quality Assurance Partner must have

  • Experience holding specifically holding a Quality Assurance/Health and Safety role in Social Care
  • An appropriate quality/improvement or health & safety qualification
  • Experience in the direct delivery of CQC regulated care services
  • Proven track record in auditing CQC services and creating quality improvement processes
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of social care legislation, quality assurance and improvement, CQC and health and safety regulations.
  • Full Driving License and Vehicle - this role is a travelling role so MUST be a driver.

Previous experience of Quality Assurance and Improvement within Social Care is essential for this post.
