Practice Manager - Children's Safeguarding Team

Medway Council are currently looking for experienced Locum Practice Manager to working within their Children's Social Work Safeguarding division. The role is the equivalent of a Team Manager, involving directly supervising a POD of Social Workers.

Working Directly Social Workers your role will be to make sure the day to day running of the team is efficient and that all legislation, processes and timescales are met. You would be reporting directly to the Area Manager of the productivity of the team, reporting etc.

The office is easily access via the M25, M2 and A2, they are also able to offer flexibility in home working.

What are the Social Work requirements?

  • 2 years post qualifying experience
  • HCPC registration
