A Charity are looking for a Practice Manager based in Glasgow for their well-thought of Family Placement service. This is a Permanent, part-time (22 hours) and office-based position.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Practice Manager:

  • Working closely with the Operations Manager develop & grow the service
  • Lead and Manage a team of Social Work Practitioners
  • Contributing to developing & delivering training
  • Quality Assurance

Requirements of the Practice Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Experience of working within an Adoption service
  • Experience within Management
  • A working knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care and Adoption

Location: Glasgow

Salary: Up to just over £43,305 pro rata
