Fostering Operations Manager - West Yorkshire

A salary of up to £42,000 + terrific benefits

A highly reputable and ambitious independent fostering agency in West Yorkshire require an Operations Manager to join their dynamic fostering team.

Are you:

  • An experienced fostering manager?
  • A driven individual?
  • Passionate about Fostering?


  • You will need to be a qualified (DipSW/CQSW) Social Worker with a HCPC registration
  • Significant post qualifying experience as a Qualified Social Worker in Fostering
  • Experience at a supervisory/management level
  • A good working knowledge and understanding of the current legislations and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care, Fostering and Adoption including the Children Act 1989
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle


  • To deliver an efficient, effective and high quality service to stakeholders and external regulators
  • To support and manage a service which fulfils the Company business objectives and performance targets
  • Provide positive and dynamic Leadership and Management to the Fostering Service Team, creating a well skilled, trained and motivated workforce


  • Salary of up to £42,000 per annum
  • A car allowance of £1,200
  • Mileage paid at 0.28 ppm
  • 26 days' annual leave + public holidays
