Doncaster Children's Service Trust is currently looking for an ambitious and highly motivated qualified locum social worker to join their diverse team.

 

The council has set achievable targets to ensure they receive an outstanding award from OFSTED which includes going the extra mile for their patients. The council is looking for someone who is able to develop, co-ordinate and deliver multi-agency plans to meet assessed needs and to review these plans to ensure they continue to meet assessed needs. This locum social worker role comes with a very competitive rate of £27 p/h with room for negotiation based on experience.

The ideal candidate will be a dedicated locum able to manage an allocated workload within a team setting, assess the needs of children and young people who require social work services and identify unmet needs and gaps in service provisions to inform resource allocation and service development. As an integral part of the team, they will also be required to comply with the statutory obligations and departmental policing and procedures as well as maintain accurate and up to date records on the Integrated Children's Systems (ICS). 

 

Requirements for this locum social worker role:

* Minimum 2 years post qualification experience
* HCPC Registered
* Enhanced DBS on the update service
* Social Work Qualification
