Locum Experienced Practitioner - NRPF - Greenwich

Greenwich council is currently looking for a Locum Experienced Practitioner to join their No Recourse to Public Funds Service.

This is an experienced practitioner role with specific responsibilities for dealing with more complex cases, including assessment and appropriate management of risks and providing casework supervisions to other team members.

Working with children and young people, families and carers with nil recourse to public funds status, you will assist them to make informed decisions, enabling them to clarify and express their needs and contribute to service planning.

You will also act as a recognised expert within the specialist field and contribute to the development of practice and policy in the specialist field of no recourse to public funds.

The team is based in open plan offices with supportive and approachable leadership who share a broad range of in-depth experience. The Council were awarded Council of the Year 2013, received a good grading from Ofsted following inspection in May/June 2016

You must have:

  • Social Work Degree
  • HCPC registered
  • Enhanced DBS with list checks
  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience
