A Learning Support Worker opportunity is available working in a day centre for adults with autism and related disabilities. As the Learning Support Worker, you're required to provide support at all times, provide personal care and participate in a range of activities.

Requirements of the Learning Support Worker includes:
- Experience working with children or adults with autism/learning disabilities and complex needs (desirable)
- UK clean driving license (essential)
- Passion for developing a career and commitment to gaining training/qualifications
- Emotional resilience and strong communication skills
- Care certificate or a Psychology degree is desirable
Responsibilities of the Learning Support Worker includes:
- Provide an outstanding quality of care at all times including personal care
- Support the individual needs of the service users with regular reviews and planning effectively
- Promote independence at all times
- Administer medication
- Work under the companies rules and regulations at all times
Salary: £17,000
Role: Full-time, permanent (9-5)
