Support Worker required in a Supported Living Service aiding young adults with learning disabilities. You as the support worker will be working with adults with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy. The ideal support worker will have relevant experience with such individuals and have excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities for you as the Support Worker:

  • Supporting service users with daily tasks whilst promoting independence
  • Working closely with service users and staff
  • Following service user care plans
  • Documenting as necessary

Requirements for you as the Support Worker:

  • Enhanced DBS
  • Experience working in a supported living environment
  • Experience working with autism, learning disabilities and epilepsy
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Encouraging and supportive attitude

Location: Newbury

Salary: £9.00 - £12.50 depending on shift type, payment type and qualifications
