Fantastic role available for a Key Worker to join a 16-21 semi-independent living service for young people based in High Wycombe. Monday to Friday working hours.

As Key Worker you will promote independence and life skills to the young people, line manage a team of support workers and ensure all physical, emotional and mental wellbeing of the young people is catered for.

The Key Worker role is a full time post working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, no sleep ins.

Key Worker benefits

  • Salary up to £26,000
  • Additional £4,000 available per annum in bonus
  • Monday to Friday working hours
  • Fully funded qualification and training

Key Worker requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or Children and Young People
  • Experience working with young people in children's homes or semi-independent units
  • Driving License and Vehicle (due to taking young people out)

Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 plus £4,000 bonus.
