SEN Support Workers needed to support a large school/college based in Hampshire supporting vulnerable young people with learning and physical disabilities. January 2021 start.

Days 12:30-22:30
Waking Nights 20:00-7:00
Waking Nights 21:00-8:00

Responsibilities for you as the SEN Support Worker:
- Supporting young people with day to evening routines, activities, personal care/hygiene, increasing independence, and supporting with meal prep.
- Working closely with clients, staff, families, and other relevant professionals
- Consistently promoting independence to young people
- Light cleaning/laundry duties around the home where necessary
Requirements for you as the SEN Support Worker:
- Enhanced DBS Child & Adult on the update service
- Experience working with children and young people
- Encouraging and supportive attitude
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care desirable
Location - Alton, Hampshire
