Your responsibilities as the Social Worker within the Adult Increasing Independence Project:

  • You will be redesigning care packages with the aim of increasing efficiency of budget spend
  • To manage a caseload of review cases
  • Working with service users from a variety of Social Work remits including OP, PD, LD and Hospital

Requirements of you as the Social Worker within the Adult Increasing Independence Project:

  • 2 years post qualifying UK experience
  • Qualified Social Worker BA/DipSW/CQSW or equivalent
  • Current registration with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC)

Location: Islington, London

Salary: £30ph
