Are you an adaptable and strong leader with a track record of performance managing staff teams and promoting children and young peoples independence? I am seeking an experienced Manager with robust understanding and experience in OFSTED regulated services aswell as assessment criteria.

You will oversee a residential service for young adults with complex Learning Disabilities, ASD,Mental Health and Challenging Behaviours. It will be working on a rota system including both days and nights across the week including some weekend work.

The Manager role is paying £39,000 on a full time, permanent contract of 40 hours a week and there are great training and progression opportunities for those who seek it.

• QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/equivalent or be willing to work towards this
• Great understanding of OFSTED, Children's Homes (England) Regulations 2015
• Provable track record of managing services, working with Autism or Learning Disabilities.
