Well established and highly reputable social care CQC compliance systems operator is looking to add an experienced senior manager within adult's social care to join them as the Head of Care Quality and Innovation.

This role is highly unique and gives a senior manager who is passionate about quality assurance and best practice to directly improve the care standards and delivery to over 2,000 care services across the UK.

My client is one of the UK's leading providers of social care compliance software and are used by some of the most respected social care organisations. They provide a hassle free and efficient software package to care homes, domiciliary services, supported living services and dental practices.

The Head of Care Quality's main responsibilities are to

  • Lead an onsite team of specialists who write and update policies and procedures for the users of the software
  • Identify and action plan innovative ways the organisation can improve their software package and improve care standards to all services who use
  • Proactively maintain an up to date working knowledge of CQC, health and social care regulations, policies and procedures and best practice in the market
  • Work with the marketing, IT and customer service team to ensure all clients receive the very best customer experience
  • Be a creative influence on the organisation, researching and developing new ideas for products that will improve the quality of the software

The suitable candidate will have the following

  • Extensive senior management experience within adult's social care (care groups, charities, CQC)
  • Proven project management and innovation experience (direct influence in successful new projects in your roles)
  • Very strong knowledge of CQC, policies and procedures, best practice and care delivery
  • Creativity, passion for improving care standards, enthusiasm and ability to turn ideas into workable projects with a drive to succeed


This role would suit any senior manager who is looking to move away from working for a care provider but wishes to remain in the care sector, assisting services in maintaining their CQC compliance.
