An 'Outstanding rated' Therapeutic Fostering agency with a national presence is looking for a Fostering Development Manager/Regional Operations Manager to cover the West Midlands region. This position is full-time and permanent.
As the Regional Operations Manager, you will be promoting and developing the high-quality children's services. You will be managing a group of Team Managers and their teams and be responsible to the Registered Manager for the company and deputise in their absence.

Your responsibilities as the Regional Operations Manager:
- Business Development
- Manage growth & direction of the Fostering Service in the Midlands
- Liaise with carers, their families and all children and young people placed with them and the Local Authorities
- Ensuring training and supervision of staff and carers is provided
- Review and set local budgets with Area Managers
Requirements of you as the Regional Operations Manager:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
- A valid registration of Social Work England
- Significant experience of working within Fostering
- Leadership and management experience
- Knowledge of a Therapeutic approach
- Must hold a full UK Driving Licence
Location: West Midlands
Salary Scale: £50,000 - £55,000
