A not for profit Fostering Charity is looking for a Deputy Manager based in South East England. You will be carrying assessing adopters in and around the South London, West Sussex, Hampshire and Surrey Region. This is a full-time position with the flexibility of homeworking.

You will need to have a background within a Fostering or Adoption Team as a Social Worker. Ideally, within an Independent Organisation or Charity.

Your responsibilities as the Deputy Manager:

  • Promote the Health & Safety Environment
  • Implement policies and procedures
  • Participate within meeting and reviews
  • Support Managers in meeting quality assurance systems
  • Coordinate workload so all social workers are allocated suitable casework

Requirements of you as the Deputy Manager:

  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
  • A valid HCPC registration
  • Current experience of working within Fostering or Adoption
  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

Location: South East England

Salary: up to £38,000
