A leading not-for-profit organisation who seek to support individuals with learning difficulties and mental health issues, are looking for a Deputy Manager to join their growing Supported Living service in Bristol.

The Deputy Manager will receive a competitive salary, comprehensive training scheme a clear progression path to eventually become a Service Manager.

What will be my duties?

  • Leading and directing the support worker team to ensure high standards
  • Assisting in the organisation and monitoring of the service in conjunction with the Manager
  • Rota management
  • Protecting and promoting the interests of the service users
  • Delivering person-centred support to service users in accordance with CQC standards
  • Encouraging the independence of the service users
  • Appropriately responding to everyone's needs in accordance with their care plans and risk assessments

Am I suitable?

  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
  • Experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Understanding of CQC inspection process
  • Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and on call
  • Hands on management style
  • Driving License and Vehicle
