Are you a Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Deputy Manager in adult social care? Are you looking to join a fantastic progressive charity who specialist in supporting adults with disabilities?

I have a Deputy Manager role available to work for a leading national charity who support vulnerable adults. The post is in a 10 bed residential home for adults with complex learning disabilities.

The Deputy Manager job is a permanent full time (35 hours) role paying £23,000 with a set Monday to Friday 9am -5pm working pattern.

As the Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Homes Manager, manage and take control of administrative duties, shift lead and support other staff members and assist the Homes Manager in the running of the service.

Requirements of the Deputy Manager include:

  • Experience working at Team Leader or Deputy Manager level in a residential or supported living service
  • Driving license
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (essential)
  • Strong leadership skills and emotional resilience
