A Deputy Manager role is available working with adults with learning disabilities in a residential home in Nottingham.

As the Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager, manage and take control of administrative duties, shift lead and support other staff members and assist the Home Manager in the running and management of the service.

Requirements of the Deputy Manager include:

  • Experience working at Team Leader or Deputy Manager level in a residential or supported living service
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (essential)
  • Strong leadership skills and emotional resilience

Responsibilities of the Deputy Manager include:

  • Assist the Homes Manager with the running of the service
  • Shift lead, delegate and provide support to other members of staff
  • Reviews and supervisions
  • Work under the companies guidelines and CQC standards
  • Protect and provide an outstanding quality of the care to the service users
  • Complete administrative duties

Salary: £22,000 - £23,000 depending on experience

Role: Full-time (permanent) offer 35 hours a week, Monday to Friday!
