I am seeking a hard-working Deputy Manager for a specialist domiciliary services for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs based in Melksham.

Your role will include managing a team of Care Coordinators and Carer's, overseeing the day to day running of the office, staff supervisions and ensuring the very highest quality of person centred care is being delivered.

Your working hours will be Monday to Friday on 40 hours a week contract with participation in the on call rota necessary.

The Deputy Manager's necessary skills and experience are

  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care
  • Prior experience working within domiciliary services and learning disabilities
  • Supervisory or managerial experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Driving License and Vehicle
