My client has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Deputy Home Care Manager to join a reputable domiciliary care provider based in West Sussex.

As Deputy Manager, you will work closely alongside the Registered Manager to ensure that the day to day operations of the branch run as smoothly as possible. This is a great opportunity to work for an organisation that is passionate about quality, meaningful care calls.

As Deputy Manager, you'll also have an inclusive Management team who are transparent with their care staff and encourage creativity and constructive feedback.

The role is full-time, and Monday - Friday 9-5, and they offer a competitive salary of up to £30,000 per annum.

You will need a proven track record within domiciliary care at management level, as your role will be to assist the Registered Manager in the efficient running of the care service, alongside leading the team and growing the branch.

You will also have a genuine desire to care for individuals and be passionate about providing excellent quality care.

Requirements of you as the Domiciliary Deputy Care Manager:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Experience working within a domiciliary setting
  • Strong CQC knowledge

Location: Littlehampton, West Sussex

Salary: up to £30,000
