Fantastic role available for a Deputy Manager to join a new residential children's home with a national children's provider. Great salary and benefits on offer.

As Deputy Manager, you will deputise in the absence of the Registered Manager, manage the day to day running of the home, supervise staff and complete managerial administration and processes.

The Deputy Manager role is a full time post and will require flexibility to work on a differing rota and is a huge opportunity to hone your management skills.

Deputy Manager benefits

  • Salary banding between £32,000 - £37,000 (DOE)
  • £1,000 attendance bonus per annum

Deputy Manager requirements

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management (or be willing to complete)
  • NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or Children and Young People
  • Experience working with young people in children's homes or semi-independent units
  • Driving License and Vehicle (due to taking young people out)

Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 plus benefits
