We are seeking a passionate, committed and enthusiastic Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse for a Deputy Home Manager opportunity. If you have the confidence and ability to make autonomous decisions and work collectively with the Multi-disciplinary team, then this opportunity is for you.

Our opportunity is set in the heart of Alverstoke within a large wonderful family feeling home that offers nursing and residential care. The 55 bedded home has a good reputation and offers staff a supportive environment with a strong team in place dedicated to meeting and excelling the residents social and individual care needs.

The Deputy role is key to the success of the home and requires a nurse that will demonstrate a professional, caring and compassionate approach with a strong work ethic and aptitude to building solid working relationships.

As Deputy Home Manager you will:

  • Work alongside the Home Manager
  • Manage and supervise the nursing and care team
  • Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant legislation ensuring they comply with the requirements of CQC and other statutory regulators.
  • As Deputy Manager you will take pride in providing the highest standards of nursing care to all residents and manage the Service to the highest standards
  • Assessing, monitoring and evaluating the needs of the residents
  • Comply with all policies and procedures
