My client runs support networks in local areas consisting of service users, paid staff and volunteers who will support each other in daily life skills such as shopping, budgeting. Also they will assist each other in developing social integration skills by organizing fun days out, leisure activities and being apart of the local community.

You, as Community Support Manager will be responsible for

  • Recruiting for network volunteers and paid staff
  • Create new support networks across the region
  • Ensure all members are integrated and participating in their networks
  • Overseeing the delivery of the networks including activities and group meetings
