Nurse - Day Service Clinical lead

An extremely prestigious Clinic in Surrey is looking for an experienced Nurse to join their team as a Clinical Lead. This role is a temporary position, with the potential to become permanent after 2/3 months.

Shift Patterns: Flexible Days

The Responsibilities of you as Clinical Lead:

  • Provide management and leadership for a team of Therapy staff the Clinic's Day Treatment Service.
  • Providing occupational and functional interventions to people with mental health needs, using evidence based/person-centred practice.
  • To undertake a team leader role in planning, co-ordinating, delivering and evaluating the day treatment service / therapy programme.
  • To assess clients including those with complex needs, implement interventions using evidence based/best practice working towards client centred goals.
  • To take a lead role in the supervision and development of Therapy staff
  • Ongoing development and evaluation of the treatment services offered at the clinic.

To join the Nursing Team, you must have:

  • Current NMC PIN
  • Current DBS
  • Current certificate for Mandatory Training
  • Experience working in residential settings
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
  • Good literacy knowledge for following medication timetables and care plans accurately

Location of the Clinic: Surrey

Salary: £19- £25 per hour
