Exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join an innovative and established children's home provider for their 3-bed residential home based in South Lanarkshire.

The Registered Manager role is a full-time position with Monday to Friday office working hours offering a highly competitive remuneration package including salary up to £38,000.

Your responsibilities as Registered Manager:

  • Successfully register with Scottish Care Inspectorate as Registered Manager
  • Line manage a team of qualified support workers, senior support workers and deputy manager
  • Ensure the home is run in accordance with all SCI children's home and safeguarding legislation
  • Lead the home through all SCI inspections achieving minimum Level 4 'Good'
  • Deliver high quality, personalised care to young people within the home

Requirements of the Registered Manager:

  • QCF Leadership and Management Level 5 / Registered Manager's Award / NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care
  • Significant experience in children's homes
  • High level knowledge of Ofsted or SCI Standards, young people and safeguarding
