Outstanding rated children's home based in Nottingham for young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour seeks new passionate Children's Home Manager paying great salary and bonus!

My client is a highly regarded small provider with fantastic reputation with Ofsted, last inspection 'Outstanding' overall, are looking to add an experienced, innovative and passionate Children's Home Manager for their 3-bed service in Nottingham.

The Children's Home Manager must have

NVQ Level 5 Leadership and Management
Experience as Registered Manager of a children's home
Strong experience and understanding of learning disabilities and autism
Flexibility to work on call rota including at weekends
Driving License and Vehicle

The Children's Home Manager role is Monday to Friday on office hours (9am-5pm) with on call duties mandatory paying £30,000 plus bonus scheme (approx. £3,000pa) to maintain an Outstanding rating.

This is a key role within a highly sought after employer who are a small number of companies who have an Outstanding rating with Ofsted.
