A CQC rated 'Good' domiciliary branch based covering Solihull are looking for a new Domiciliary Care Manager to join their influential Director in developing the business.

With a branch focusing on delivering high quality and personalised care, my client has built a fantastic reputation in the local area.

You, as Care Manager, will be influential in promoting the highest quality standards from all staff, assessing new referrals and creating detailed and person-centred support plans to ensure all clients physical, mental and emotional wellbeing is catered for. You will be a strong character with leadership skills, organised with high attention to detail and focussed on delivering the best quality home care.

This role would suit a current manager in domiciliary care who wants to work for a fantastic and influential Director who is passionate and experienced with delivering the highest quality care being their primary objective.

On offer as the Care Manager is

  • Salary of £25,000
  • Monday to Friday working hours with on call duties expected

The successful Care Manager must have

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
  • Experience working within a domiciliary branch (older people or complex needs)
  • Understanding of the day to day running of a domiciliary branch
  • Positive attitude and motivated personality
