Fantastic opportunity to join an established and ambitious CQC rated Good domiciliary company as their new Care Manager in Solihull.

Established in 2008, my client has built an excellent reputation for delivering long lasting, person centred care packages to older adults in their own homes.

The Care Manager's main responsibilities are to

  • Report to the Director
  • Line manage a team of office staff, coordinators, carers and field care supervisors
  • Win new care packages and undertake detailed initial referral client visits
  • Design and deliver a person-centred care package
  • Manage to within allocated budgets
  • Market the service and promote within the local community
  • Lead the service through CQC inspections achieving minimum 'Good'

On offer as the Care Manager is

  • Salary of £25,000
  • Monday to Friday working hours with on call duties expected
  • Career and salary progression into Registered Manager on excellent performance

The successful Care Manager must have

  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management
  • Experience working within a domiciliary branch (older people or complex needs)
  • Understanding of the day to day running of a domiciliary branch
  • Positive attitude and motivated personality
