My client is looking for passionate Care Assistants to work in their 5-star residential development specifically for older people. Full time and part time hours available, great rates of pay on offer.

The successful Care Assistant will be joining one of the largest and most well-respected developers of residential care communities for older people.

We are looking for Care Assistants to commit to both full time and also part time hours and have flexibility to work mornings, evenings and alternate weekends.

Benefits to you as Care Assistant:

  • Hourly pay rate between £8.69 - £9.01 dependent on experience and qualifications
  • Additional £1.30 per hour for working evenings and weekends (OTE £10.31 per hour)

Your responsibilities as Care Assistant:

  • Provide domestic, housekeeping and personal assistance to residents
  • Visit people's individual homes in the estate to complete care visits dependent on resident needs
  • Some residents require personal care including dressing, washing, manual handling and transport
  • Support homeowners with social activities and organising their diary by assisting in booking appointments and visits.

Requirements of you as Care Assistant:

  • NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
  • 6-12 months experience working within a care setting (care home, domiciliary, day centre etc)
  • Flexibility for some weekend work

Location: Henley-on-Thames

Salary: £8.69 - £9.01 per hour plus £1.30 extra an hour for evenings and weekends.
