Assistant Team Manager - Children with Disabilities Team

West Berkshire Council is looking for an Assistant Team Manager to join their Children with Disabilities Team. This is a Locum Social Work role.

The ideal Social Worker will have previous experience of CWD or Locality work at this level. The key to success in this role is to work confidently from the beginning of the contract with little supervision.

Your responsibilities as a Locality Assistant Team Manager:

• To provide excellent supervision and guidance to the team
• Aid the Team manager with staff development within your team
• Managing performance and authorising assessments within your team
• Promote a high level of practice is carried through the team consistently

Requirements of you as a Locality Assistant Team Manager:

• A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)
• A valid Social Work England registration
• Have competent knowledge and experience of CWD work
• Experience in an ATM position

Location: Newbury, West Berkshire

Umbrella pay rate: up to £43.00 per hour
